Note:These 1959 blueprints are from Pendley and Day Architects of Austin, titled "Alterations and additions to the Dailey Building, 117 & 119 North Guadalupe Street, San Marcos, Texas for Mr. Alfred O. Kroll." It has been the site of several retail stores, including grocers, hardware, and barber shops. For many years it was the Kroll-Marney Pharmacy. Bill Plummer bought the building in 1985. Espinoza Graphics and Printing has occupied the retail space for many years.

Note:These 1959 blueprints were found in the former Kroll residence, 915 W. San Antonio, in 2022 by the current owner, Suzanne Shield-Polk, and donated to the Library.
