Note:Built in 1960 on Interstate 35 to replace the Soldier's and Sailor's Memorial Hospital on Belvin. Hays Memorial moved to Redwood Road (now known as Wonder World, east of IH-35) in September 1983.
Note:It was located on the access road of southbound IH-35, between Aquarena and Hopkins. The phone books and City Directories of the time only list its address as "Interstate 35;" however, it was located at what is now designated as 1251 IH-35 Frontage Road.

Note:Legend on the back: "Hays County Memorial Hospital, a modern 42-bed hospital in San Marcos, Texas, built by the Commissioners Court of Hays County, and opened in March, 1960. This is a completely air-conditioned hospital, operated by the Texas Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists."
