Note:This building was opened in 1909 and served the Bank until 1975. This location subsequently become the Courthouse Annex which housed the Hays County Tax offices, etc., until the County's offices moved in the early 21st century to the Stagecoach Drive location. The building was clad with a very unfortunate facade in a ham-handed attempt at modernization. The original facade was lovingingly restored by the Hays County Historical Commission in 1988.

Note:The building was erected in 1909. The roads around the Courthouse were paved by 1922. This photo dates between 1909-1922.
