Note:This is postal card delivered to Miss Helen Ostrander in Pittsfield, Mass, stamped January 1923, from "Janice;" however, it must date prior to 1919, because two of the buildings show additions or modifications in a later image that is confindently dated to 1919. The Library shows turrets in this image. In the later image the Library roof has been "modernized" and an addition is shown in the rear of the Science Building.

Note:Another VERY similar card has minor modifications to the buildings depicted, but it can be confidently dated to 1919; so this iteration of the postal card must be prior to 1919.

Note:"Dear Helen, We have just arrived in this town. There are many schools and colleges here and a nice town. We are to sing in a Baptist school. Best wishes, Janice."
